Eucharia Anunobi, born on May 25, 1965, in Owerri, Nigeria, is a renowned Nigerian actress and producer.
Early life & career
Raised in Owerri, Imo State, Eucharia completed her primary and secondary education in the same city. She furthered her studies at the Institute of Management Technology, Enugu, earning a National Diploma in Mass Communication. Later, she pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Eucharia gained prominence with her role in the 1996 movie series Glamour Girls II and has since appeared in over 90 films, including notable titles like Abuja Connection and Letters to a Stranger. Currently, she serves as an evangelist at a church in Egbeda, Lagos State.
Tragically, Eucharia Anunobi lost her only son, Raymond, her cherished best friend, to complications related to sickle cell anemia on August 22, 2017, at the age of 15.
Beyond her contributions to the film industry, Eucharia holds strong beliefs, emphasizing the importance of abstaining from sex before marriage.
